An educational trip was organized for the first year students of the Tourism Management Department.

As part of the Front Office Management course taught by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cemali Buzlukçu, we organized a field trip to the Hilton Garden Inn, Altıntaş Hotel & Spa, and Ramada Residences by Wyndham, all located in Balıkesir city center. We would like to thank Altıntaş Hotel Owner Kübra Altıntaş, General Manager Semih Çelik, and Front Office Manager Tamer Kırmızısakal, who hosted us at their hotels and shared valuable insights into front office operations; Hilton Garden Inn General Manager Ufuk Egemen Turan, Front Office Manager Canberk Fidan, Human Resources Manager and BTIOYO graduate Derya Şenol, Reservation Officer and BTIOYO graduate Can Konuşum; and Ramada Residences by Wyndham Front Office Manager Aşkın Sezen, Food and Beverage Manager and BTIOYO graduate Batuhan Karakoç for their interest and attention.
